Use of the MAGIC VAC® machines with original MAGIC VAC® accessories gives rise to a vacuum packing system which ensures the maximum extraction of air/oxygen, which in the MAGIC VAC® bags and rolls is extremely favoured by the thickness and by the special lines of the "Patented" material.
It is therefore possible to create conditions in which the organoleptic characteristics can be maintained and the food storage times published in the table below and in your and in your MAGIC VAC® user manual can be ensured.
